Welding is the skeleton-forming stage of automobile manufacturing, which directly determines the strength and safety of the body.
Core Technology
Resistance spot welding: instantaneous melting and joining of metal contact points through high-voltage current, widely used in the combination of body cladding parts.
Laser welding: High-precision laser beams achieve seamless connection of ultra-thin steel plates to enhance body rigidity (e.g. roof and sidewall welding).
Robot automation: six-axis welding robots equipped with vision positioning system with an error of less than 0.1 mm and an efficiency of 20 welding joints per minute.

Front shock absorbers: Usually of the 'MacPherson type' structure (common in family cars), combining shock absorbers, coil springs, and steering knuckles in a single unit, directly connecting the body to the front wheels. Its vertical arrangement saves space and, at the same time, withstands lateral forces and longitudinal impacts during steering.
Rear shock absorbers: Mostly of the 'cartridge shock absorber' or'multi-link' design, the structure is similar to the front shock absorber but the load is smaller, mainly to cope with bumps in the rear of the vehicle and changes in loads (e.g., boot load or passenger loads).
Working process: Through the reciprocating flow of internal hydraulic oil or gas in the piston valves, the mechanical kinetic energy is converted into thermal energy dissipation to achieve vibration attenuation. The damping force is independently adjustable for the compression stroke (spring compression) and the rebound stroke (spring reset).
Testing is carried out throughout the entire manufacturing process, from components to complete vehicles.

Sealing Test: A rain room simulates heavy rain to test the sealing performance of sunroofs and doors.
Four-wheel alignment: Laser sensors calibrate wheel inclination to ensure driving stability. Before the car rolls off the production line, there are also bumpy road tests, speed tests, wheel weight tests, exhaust gas tests, sound tests and light tests.
Simulated Road Test: Roller test bench loaded with 0-200 km/h conditions to verify power and braking systems.
