Bus assembly workshop process:
Step 1: Installation of power grid, 12 columns on one side.
The second step: the process vehicle on the line is easy to install the engine, gearbox, tyres and other components.
Step 3: Plate chain on line: hauling the whole car to move forward.

Step 5: Side glass installation platform: install the side, front and rear windscreen glass

Power Truss
Bus assembly line ground column power grid is the structural form of a ground column, the ground column is fixed on the ground by the way of ground embedded plate or chemical anchor bolt, this structural form is mainly for the workshop where the steel structure on the roof of the plant is not pre-set lifting point, which will take up a part of the ground space, and it will have some influence on the logistics transportation. Inside the power box on each column, there are the power switch, lighting switch, fan switch, etc., which can realize zone control and meet the needs of the production line for power (AC380V, AC220V), air source (compressed air), lighting and working environment improvement (fan).
Hanger by electric hoist, servo motor or pneumatic device, the spreader can quickly transfer large parts (weighing more than 1 tonne), such as engine, chassis and roof, from the storage area to the assembly station. The Bus Assembly Line Trim Line
In the processing of the bus assembly trim line, the car without doors is almost a universal plant. Workers or the equipment can access different points of installation of parts in the body shell, Trim line assembly operations are carried out in logical sequence and differ from manufacturer to manufacturer. Mostly the operations are manually performed from both sides of a slat conveyor. Screwdrivers, box wrenches, and torque wrenches are used as hand tools for assembly operations. dampers and front wishbones are installed, and so are the facia and instrumental panels. the air-conditioner or heater unit may be installed after the instrument panel. The lamps and bumpers covered with molded protectors are also installed in the trim line. The Bus Assembly Line Chassis Line
The car bodies from the trim line is picked up by the overhead conveyor of the chassis line which may be power and free type. Mostly, the parts are fitted from the bottom side. Air conditioner installation platform
A work platform for installing a roof-mounted air conditioner in a fully load-bearing new energy bus includes a support column, a left platform skeleton and a right platform skeleton disposed on the support column, a climbing ladder connected to the left platform skeleton or the right platform skeleton at the top, a bridge assembly connected between the left platform skeleton and the right platform skeleton, and a movable worktable disposed between the left platform skeleton and the right platform skeleton.
