The Bus Manufacturing Line Trim Line
In the processing of the bus assembly trim line, the car without doors is almost a universal plant. The Bus Assembly Line Chassis Line
The car bodies from the trim line is picked up by the overhead conveyor of the chassis line which may be power and free type. Mostly, the parts are fitted from the bottom side. Some of these manual processes require uncomfortable postures, because of the inconvenient position of the car bodies. Tilt conveyors and electric carriages incorporating elevators are being used to overcome the problems. Near the beginning of the chassis line, the fuel tank is assembled. Power Truss

Air conditioner installation platform

The single-slat conveyor line is mainly used for the bus body transfer in the bus assembly line. The transportation is stable and reliable, saving a lot of labor costs.
